Disables thumbnails in Windows,saving hard drive space!!!!
If you wanna do that then go to run and type 'regedit' the navigate to:-
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
Add or Edit DWORD = DisableThumbnailCache, Value = 1

These files can consume lots of space if you have several pictures on your computer. You can safely delete these files and can prevent them from being recreated by disabling the thumbnail cache.
