If You want to animate or scroll your blog title or name then follow the step below :
step 1:- Go to Layout>Edit Html>Find the <head>
step 2:- Copy the following code replacing your blog title which you want to animate and paste it just before the <head> :

Select the code dragging by your mouse then paste it into note pad. Then replace it with your blog title and a short description ! then copy and paste it just before the <head> tag !!!

I think this is a great post. One thing that I find the most helpful is number five.
